Bloody days in Iraq

Proposed parking fee hikes reduced
CAR owners may pay an average of 186 yuan (US$23) more a month on parking in Shenzhen, greatly lower than 694 yuan as initially proposed, Vice Mayor Zhang Siping announced Monday.
